We want your first experience at IVVI to be as comfortable and seamless as possible. Here’s a step-by-step guide so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you arrive.
1. Arriving at the Clinic

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly front-of-house team. They’ll check you in, offer you water or tea, and guide you to our comfortable waiting area.
2. Sharing Your Wellness Goals

Before your drip begins, you’ll be asked a few quick questions about your goals—whether you’re here for an energy lift, skin radiance, hydration, immunity support, or recovery. This helps us confirm which treatment best fits your needs.
3. Preparing for Your Treatment

A qualified clinician will take your vitals and ensure you’re comfortable. We’ll explain the process so you feel informed every step of the way.
4. Your IV Therapy Session

You’ll be settled into a reclined chair in a calm, private space. A small IV line will be placed in your arm or hand, and the infusion will begin. Most treatments last 30–60 minutes.
5. Relax and Recharge

Use this time to read, scroll, catch up on emails, or simply rest. Many clients notice a difference in how they feel before they leave.
6. After Your Visit

We’ll provide aftercare tips and let you know when you might want to return for your next session. Many of our clients make IV therapy a regular part of their wellness routine.
